Welcome to Clevedon Community Centre

Home to the Woodington family until the early 1940s, Sunhill House was bought by the people of Clevedon in 1949.

Sunhill House has several rooms for hire. These vary in size and are suitable for meetings and presentations for which equipment can be provided including OHP, TV, Wi-Fi etc.  Some rooms have laminated flooring and are ideal for dance and exercise classes. Squirrels Restaurant is open Monday to Friday for morning coffee between 10am and 12pm and for lunches between 12pm and 2pm.

Adjoining Sunhill House is Princes Hall/Theatre, the largest venue in the vicinity. Built in the 1960s, the hall features a fully equipped stage with dressing rooms and can seat up to 300 people theatre-style. The Hall is also an ideal venue for weddings, parties and dances. The Jubilee Lounge Bar was added in 1976, and boasts a well-stocked bar at competitive prices.

Clevedon Community Centre is unique in North Somerset, in that it is self-financing, and is a registered charity (number 304518).
